Calvin was incredible. All the staff were incredible. Every possible need was met and exceeded. The restaurant was unbelievable. The desserts, omg, were nuts. The spa defined rejuvenation. The accommodations, understandably, were jaw droppingly perfect. And clever. Specific examples: -we wanted to watch the Eagles game, so they lent me a laptop to use until such time as I saw fit to return it. No charge. -the hotel is built entirely from wood (except where necessary; the toilets are ceramic). The craftsmanship is unparalleled. 10/5 stars, would recommend.

I've been in several different hotels in the Zillertal area in the last few years and this is by far the best I've stayed at. It's a little pricey, but it's well worth it. - The rooms are spacious, quiet and new. - The bed was especially comfortable. - Breakfast was excellent. - The heated pool was very refreshing after a long day on the slopes. - The staff was especially pleasant and helpful. - There's a ski bus stop right in front of the hotel, so getting around is easy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful, and it's incredibly quiet. The food is excellent for both vegans and non-vegans. The massage was fantastic. Despite its small size, we loved that it felt peaceful and not crowded. Highly recommend!
