We stayed here for a London city break and it was so fantastic. Gorgeous location and building with lovely park just opposite. The room was huge and luxurious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredible and very kind. I felt like a VIP! The bar and restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. It was such a special stay- thank you, Malmaison!
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, located in the lovely and quiet Charterhouse Square. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and crucially climate control! It also had a kettle and a nespresso machine which came in handy. Bathroom fixtures were clean and modern. If you want to be close to the center of action in London, but don't want the crowds or tourists vibes, this is the place to be. Most of the members of staff were friendly and kind. I will definitely stay here again!
Wonderful hotel. Have visited several times over the years, but it just gets better. Fantastic clean and presented room, wonderful breakfast- shout out to AHMED (really great welcoming guy and the breakfast team) they really do a great job. Fantastic reception team and friendly housekeeping staff. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
