Malmaison Manchester

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Malmaison. The rooms are stunning and very spacious, with many amenities available (ironing board, hair dryer etc). Location is perfect, especially if you're travelling in via the station (2 min walk). Centre of town is around a 7 min walk.

This review is just for a spa treatment . Good massage . The treatment was the full hour long . I liked the chill out area where we were encouraged to relax in after the massage which I did not expect as we had just booked a treatment so I thought that was a nice bonus . All the staff were very friendly . I liked having a robe and slippers provided too

Stayed here for a work residential and it was an overall great experience. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, the bed and pillows were so cozy that I quickly fell asleep. The amenities provided in the room were also useful such as the coffee machine. The bathroom felt very luxurious to use along with the provided soap and tools. We also used the bottom floor room/suites for our residential which were quite useful and spacious. It served its purpose for sure. The only downside is the lack of food variety and taste. The service provided was very good so it would be disingenuous of me to rate them lower than 4 just because of the poor food taste. The best dish, arguably, is the steak and chips - which i would expect from a hotel of their calibre. However, everything else was quite subpar and overall disappointing in taste. It all looked quite beautiful and so it was really misleading. Would still recommend for people to stay at this hotel, it is worth resting here!
