Stunning rooms and views. Made my birthday, amenities are amazing and bed was comfortable. Shower was refreshing and staff were lovely. Special mention to Dave who is a credit to the team. So friendly and a down to earth guy who will do anything to help. Outstanding service and overall an amazing time. One of the best hotels to stay at in Newcastle. Would definitely visit again
Beautiful hotel and lovely location right on Quayside. Good parking, incredibly comfortable rooms and wonderful friendly staff. Food was incredible and try and go for fix prix menu available up till 7pm....well worth it. Nice and trendy location with some cool bars and restaurants nearby...definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.
Beautiful hotel right by the quayside with lovely views. I stayed in a refurbished room which was beautiful and I love that there was chromecast in the room. Breakfast was delicious the next day too. Every staff member I spoke to was kind and friendly. Visited for work but I would definitely return for a city break!
