Mama Shelter Dijon

We enjoyed our stay at this new and stylish hotel. The lobby features pinball machines and other retro video games, which were a big hit and added a fun, unique touch. The bathrooms were both attractive and practical, and the location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city. Parking at the hotel was unfortunately full when we arrived, but we easily found a spot in a public parking garage just a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was decent, though a bit disorganized, and it felt like there weren’t quite enough staff on hand to keep tables cleared and food replenished.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The facilities are excellent – everything is modern, yet there's a charming touch of the '90s with fun details like a pinball machine and TVs playing old cartoons. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and had something for everyone. The coffee from the fully automatic machine was excellent – a real bonus to start the day. The location is unbeatable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d go back in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel has a fantastic location and the staff were helpful, but the air conditioning is very weak. I had to test four different rooms before staff acknowledged the issue, and no fans were offered. At night, cooler weather allowed us to open the windows for relief, but that’s not always an option. Other guests also mentioned the A/C wasn’t working properly. If you’re visiting during hot weather, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
