Mama Shelter Dubai

We had such an amazing stay at Mama’s Shelter, The hotel has such a fun, welcoming vibe. Traveling as a big family can sometimes be tricky, but everything was made so easy for us. Our rooms were clean, comfy, and well taken care of, and the cleaning team was wonderful, always cheerful and making sure everything was just right. Ravi really made our stay special. He was so friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast, always checking in to see if we needed anything and making sure everyone in our big family was happy. His positive energy and willingness to help made everything feel easy and relaxed. Overall, the food was tasty, the staff were super kind, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel just made our trip feel effortless and fun. we had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mama Shelter Dubai Downtown, made even better by Norbert, who brightened up our already bright day during breakfast. There’s something about this hotel that makes you want to come back—and we definitely will in the near future. Breakfast here is simply the best—just like it’s made by your own mom. From perfectly fluffy waffles and buttery croissants to freshly brewed coffee and the fun “make-your-own” fresh juice station (which even inspired me to want to buy a juicer for home), every detail is full of warmth and care. Mama Shelter truly feels like home, with a little extra magic.

We had a wonderful experience at Mama Shelter Dubai! The hotel is stylish, clean, and has a really fun atmosphere — especially the rooftop area and pool. A special shout-out to Denis from the team — he was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. It’s always a pleasure to meet staff who truly care about guests and go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again!
