Mama Shelter Roma

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Sam and Francesco. They really went the extra mile to make our stay so memorable. They serve an amazing breakfast which is included. We definitely plan on returning to Rome and to this hotel. Thank you for such a great experience and superb hospitality.

Fabulous hotel - the most amazing staff. Georgia and Valeria and their teams from front of house and restaurant looked after us so well. Food and bar options amazing. Beautiful sense of humour and engagement with guests. Nothing too much trouble. Super close to Metro, Chemists, cafes and Vatican. Great hotel with a vibe that’s just Roma! We will be back here - felt like home 😊

I booked Mama Shelter for the atmosphere and boy, did it live up to expectations. The rooftop was sgorgeous, the attention to detail even in the elevators was incredible! The pool and sauna was just sublime. The shower had a big shower head and we loved how fun and funky the arrangement of the room was with the bed in the middle. We ate in each part and all their food and drink was delicious. The only unfortunate thing that was an issue was that we kept having issues with our key cards but the staff were so lovely and quick to sort it out! I also stated on the booking it was my birthday and they were so lovely to include such a sweet little note to me! Would easily stay here again!!
