Everything was perfect, the service was excellent, they took care of every single detail, the staff was very kind and attentive. Room service breakfast was amazing. The rooms were new, spacious and comfortable. Facilities were beautiful and hotel is not far from the center (15 min walk). The decorations for V days were really good. My partner loved it. Special thanks to Jana from Reception, to the booking team that took care of my special requests and for everyone that made our stay perfect. keep up the great work !!! We will def recommend it and come back♥️
I love this hotel and the staff are outstanding! I kindly asked for the room with green theme if it was available, and they gave us this room. The bathroom are perfect, just like the pictures from website. It’s a big bonus that everything here is clean and smells so good here from the reception until the room. Breakfast are also worth the money 10/10! Definitely coming back for this hotel specifically🫶🏼
This was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I've ever had. I had been staying in the hotel room for several days and needed to extend my stay by one night. I booked the exact same room category, but the hotel still decided to remove me from my room to make space for other guests. Instead of the room I paid for, I was given a room with two separate single beds instead of one double bed. I was told there were no other options. Then, to make it worse, they told me that if I wanted a room with a double bed, I would have to pay an extra €20 for cleaning—for a different room I never asked for. This is completely unacceptable. I was kicked out of a room that matched my booking and forced into a worse one, and then asked to pay extra just to get back what I had already paid for. I refused to pay, and the staff didn’t seem to care about how unreasonable and unfair this was. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They treat existing guests as less important than new bookings, and they clearly don't respect basic booking agreements. Stay away!
