Mamaka Bali

From the minute we arrived the staff were incredible. The management are always available and also beyond helpful. We feel completely safe staying in the hotel, they even check the go jek drivers we ordered for our security. They had our delicious take away breakfast ready for pick up at 5.30 am. The room was so comfortable and clean. The roof top view is spectacular, the day beds are always clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. We loved the gym, extremely well equipped.

The hotel itself is beautiful from the outside, when you step inside it's even better. The staff are absolutely wonderful and ever so helpful. You are greeted each time you walk through reception by everyone even getting a "welcome back" when you come from the beach. The roof top pool is amazing with plenty of space to hang around all day if you wish. The hotel keep you constantly informed of all events happening via the app that you download on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom needs to be deep cleaned. The loud music is an issue and goes late and starts at 7am. So note that part. The pool does not face the ocean as seen in the photos online, it faces the rooftops of buildings it still a nice pool. Food at the pool is ridiculously small portions, I had to send it back. Felt like an insult the size of the poke bowl. Staff are great, cleaners need to clean the showers better as the floor has black gunk on it and buildup. I had to clean it down myself. The spa was good, use the voucher for a little deal.
