we stayed in this property for our first time in Naples. We were thrilled!! The location is very central, a few steps from the main attractions of the city. The rooms were extremely clean and cared for in the smallest details, with an attention that we really appreciated. The welcome was fantastic: the staff was very kind and helped us a lot during our stay, making the experience even more pleasant. We will definitely return!!

Very beautiful and elegant structure, in a central and strategic position to be able to move on foot and by public transport. I reached it without problems from the station, and the staff was very helpful in giving me directions (Carla in particular is incredibly kind, she answered all my questions and resolved any doubts). I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay a few days in Naples in peace

We recently stayed at this property and overall the experience was good, although there were a few things that left us confused. We would have definitely preferred a communal area where we could sit, even if just to wait for a taxi or relax for a few minutes. Upon entering the property, you are directly at the reception, and given the price we paid, we expected at least one area with seating. Our room was very small, definitely smaller than it looked on the website, but it must be said that it was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. Another problem we had was finding the property, as there is another building with the same name on the same street. This was confusing, especially since the property we were supposed to stay at didn't show up on Google Maps until recently. However, we must acknowledge the great help and kindness of the girl at the reception (unfortunately we don't remember her name), who, despite our many messages and phone calls, was always available, patient and understanding. A really big positive. On the other hand, our experience with Lucia – another member of the staff – was unfortunately negative. In our opinion, she was too intrusive: every time we left the room, she stopped us to talk, and continued to text us during the day. This behavior bothered us, because we were on vacation and just wanted to relax. If we had felt like talking, we would have gone first to talk to her. We understand that there are people who may enjoy such intense interaction, but for us it was too much. We suggest that in the future she should respect the boundaries between the customer and the receptionist more.
