Mama's Design & Boutique Hotel

The hotel is modern, fresh and clean with friendly staff. Rooms are well equipped (e.g pillows with different softness to choose from). The breakfast included in the room is outstanding with many options at buffet and also option to order from ala carte breakfast. We missed an outside lounge area, because our room didn’t have balcony. The wellness is small but we were lucky and were alone there, so it was good, otherwise may not be comfortable. Location is very quite and 20 mins walking to the old town. Parking is 20 euro per night at the hotel, or you can park on the street for 2 euro / hour until midnight weekdays.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms were gorgeous. Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Hotel appeared clean and comfortable, with standard bedrooms and cozy beds that offered the basic amenities. It’s located about 5 minutes or so by car from the Old Town, which is convenient. Breakfast was included, though the dining area is quite small and overcrowded there were so many people that we had to take our plates and manage to go upstairs with our food and drinks One important thing to note is that there’s a €20 parking fee for using the parking in front of the hotel otherwise, you’ll need to find street parking and pay the meter, which wasn’t clearly communicated in advance. At check-in, guests are asked to write down their card details on paper for liability purposes, which may feel a bit outdated or uncomfortable. The elevator is small, and depending on your room location, you may have to carry luggage up at least one floor something to keep in mind if you have physical limitations. During our stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and staff mentioned a previous guest had interfered with the circuits, which sounded odd. Also, the staff did not initially inform us that the sauna requires advance booking, when check in , so be aware of that if you plan to use it. Despite these issues, the staff were polite and tried their best to accommodate us they even offered a complimentary drink as an apology. Overall, a decent stay with some inconveniences to be aware of.
