I stayed at Mambruk Hotel & Convention on 2–3 August and had an overall excellent experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a long day. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful ambiance. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The location is one of the best aspects of this hotel. Right by the beach, it offered stunning ocean views and a refreshing breeze. It’s an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Anyer. Facilities such as the pool and beachfront area were well-kept, and the entire hotel atmosphere felt calm and family-friendly. This made for a very relaxing short getaway. Would highly recommend Mambruk Hotel to anyone visiting the Anyer area, and I’d love to return for a longer stay next time!
Nice hotel (post renovation) with good service staff. Food at the restaurant is delicious and open for feedback. Thanks to Mba Dewi and crew, we had a pleasant dinner. Keep up the good work and attentive service.
I came here as a visitor with my family. We paid at minimum amount to spend at the restaurant. The beach was fine. The pool was kids-friendly. The vibes was incredibly nice. There was a playground too. So much family friendly. The food was great also. Will be coming back here again someday soon.
