I can really recomment this place, the rooftop bar is amazing. Lihi and Elkana made us an amazing evening with a lot of wine and good Selektion of whiske and cognac.
Mammila Mall is an open-air mall in Jerusalem, which is very close to the Jaffa gate of old Jerusalem town. The mall has several well-known brands, from clothes and shoes to perfumes. I got myself some socks from the American Eagel.
It's been a while, but I had a lot of unpleasant experiences at the hotel. From the staff who lied that the transparent screens on the terrace couldn't be raised, to the staff who ignored our complaints in the lounge. After being charged for drinks at the bar, even though I don't drink alcohol, and then being double-charged for the stay on my credit card, amounting to USD 3,000, the money was only returned to me after three weeks. No one responded to my complaints or requests for a discount, not even to the negative review I left on booking.com.
