Legendary hotel with amazing service and best quality on building and rooms wise. Room is always clean with great aroma. The breakfast is THE BEST in town!! Thank you to Steven who always assist me on last minute bookings.
A very kind service with an early check in from Island near Manado (the ship arrive early in the morning). A nice breakfast, limited but quite enough if you compared with other hotels in the same price range in Manado. Plenty of rooms to meet up with personal guest (there's a LOT of comfy sofas) in reception area, a privilage that is hard to get in Manado's hotels.
For the first time ever in hotel experiences, I have never been woken-up because of house-keeping PERSISTENTLY knocked and called my room, only to find the service that I asked for (that was approved the night before by them) is unavailable. I booked not for an alarm, but for a simple ironing. This just took the level of me-not-a-morning-person to another whole level. #qualitybeingunqualified
