Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Manali Heights! The staff was super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our trip special. The food was incredible - delicious and plentiful! The rooms were spotless and comfortable. And the location? Absolutely breathtaking! Nestled in the mountains, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!
Stayed with family in January 2025 in a Suite room which was very well maintained with mountain view and enjoyed the live snowfall. The food is good and the staff is also ready to help you to serve your choice of dish. Great people, Great property, Great location. The backyard is awesome with snow covered grass, tables, chairs and swings. Keep it up !
Stayed at Manali Heights recently and overall had a memorable experience. The location is definitely one of its strongest points — tucked among tall deodars and just a short walk from Hidimba Temple but also it's weakest since the road up to the hotel can get jammed with traffic very easily leading to hours of hold up. You really feel away from the crowd, yet still close to Old Manali and Mall Road (a 10–15 min walk or quick drive). The rooms are clean, fairly spacious, and quite cozy. We had one with a balcony and the view of the mountains through the trees was lovely, especially in the morning with mist rolling in. That said, I noticed that some views are partially blocked due to newer construction nearby — so if that’s important to you, it's worth requesting a higher floor or corner room. Service was warm and attentive — staff at the reception and restaurant were polite and tried to accommodate requests quickly. The food surprised me in a good way. Breakfast buffet had decent variety. The property has an old-school charm to it, though it’s starting to show its age in places. A few parts of the hotel (especially the spa and corridors) could use some maintenance/updating. Also, heating is via portable heaters in most rooms, which might not be enough during colder months — keep that in mind if you’re visiting in winter. All in all, Manali Heights is a solid 4-star experience. Not ultra-luxurious, but perfectly value driven if you're looking for peaceful surroundings, a comfortable stay, and warm hospitality in Manali. Bang for the buck!
