Mandala Hotel & Spa Bac Ninh

Stayed here for 5 nights, and I personnel think it is a value for money. Access to restaurants, mall was a good 30 minutes walk. The staffs are courteous, and they are always available whenever you need their assistance. A slight shortfall is the choices of food in the hotel - mainly during breakfast. Choices for chicken or seafood is extremely limited, or on some days they do not serve them at all. The equipment in the gym is quite disappointing. Heaviest dumbbell is just 20kgs, and some of the machines are poorly maintained.

Stayed here two times, first time for 1 week and second time for 2 weeks. Good hotel for official visit. Staff is very courteous. While care has been taken to provide food for people from all parts of the world the selection for Indians is very limited. The good part is when I expressed this to one of their staff the next morning they called their head chef to meet me. I gave him the feedback and also shared some Indian recipes and asked him to try. Chef tried one of the recipe and made chicken curry for us and it was better than the one served earlier. I must thank him for this. I have asked them to add a few more Indian recipes like Biryani Daal etc to their menu to help travellers from India to have a comfortable stay and give a chance to people from other parts of the world a chance to try Indian food.

I had a horrible experience in mandala hotel & spa. Room was full of mosquito and whole night i was bitten by mosquito. Being a 4 star hotel the hotel management not shown the courage to change my room or gives any proposal. Instead of this they send someone with mosquito killing bat and kept the bat for me to kill. 4 night cost was more that AUD1000 +; and its a waste of money. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.
