I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mandara Resort Mirissa! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and cared for, especially thanks to Mr. Nishantha, who truly made the stay unforgettable. He greeted me so kindly and took the time to explain everything in detail about the resort, the facilities, and nearby attractions. His genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. One of the highlights for me was the special iced coffee it was prepared for me, it was the perfect refreshing treat and such a thoughtful gesture! Small details like that made a big difference in my experience. The resort itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, surrounded by natural beauty. Whether I was relaxing by the pool or enjoying the view, everything felt serene and luxurious. The atmosphere was just what I needed — calm, clean, and truly relaxing. We had a truly lovely stay at Mandara Resort! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the views were simply breathtaking. There everything was great. Nice sea facing room. The hotels offered us nice dinner and staffs were friendly. BUT we had a little bad experience. Since we were leaving at 3 am, the front desk officer herself had informed that they would be providing us packed breakfast. In the dinner time also, we had confirmed about our departure and packed breakfast. BUT the breakfast was not there in the morning, the available staff told us that they were not informed. SAD
