Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa

We stayed at Mandarin Resort & Spa Hotel in Boracay for 5 days and had a fantastic experience overall. Our family room with pool access was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with one double bed and two single beds—just right for our family. The hotel is new, and the facilities are excellent. The pools are very clean, and it’s only a short 1-minute walk to White Beach. A real highlight was the live band and DJ by the pool, which created a fun and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent with lots of variety every day. We really appreciated the great service, convenient location, and good value for money. On the downside, the toilet extract fan in our room was very loud, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Also, there were some mosquitos in the room, and we woke up with bites most mornings. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on this. Overall, we still highly recommend Mandarin Resort & Spa Hotel for families or anyone visiting Boracay!

BEST RESORT ON THE ISLAND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing 5-day stay at Mandarin Bay. Everything was perfect, from the room and food to the exceptional service! We felt so welcomed throughout our stay. The pool was nice and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great selection that changed daily. We especially loved the goodnight cookies delivered to our room every evening. The hospitality and kindness of the staff truly stood out. They always greeted us in the hallways with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which was great for work. We will definitely come back for sure!

I had a really great stay at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa! From the moment I arrived, the front desk and staff were super welcoming and made me feel right at home. The place was spotless — really appreciated how clean everything was throughout the resort. The location is perfect, especially if you like to explore a bit. There are plenty of restaurants and spots nearby, which made it easy to find something good to eat without going too far. The amenities were excellent, and the pool was absolutely perfect — super clean, well-maintained, and just the right spot to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!
