From the phone call to book, to checking in, Mei Ling was a delight. Kind and friendly and eager to help in anyway she can. We stayed as a family of five and our rooms and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bonus is a kitchenette, which is handy when travelling as a family. Would definitely stay here again if passing through. The town of Macksville is lovely to have a look at.
Great place to stay and rest up. Very spacious room with really comfortable beds. Great bathroom with a shower that has water pressure. Very helpful and friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Will be back.
This is the only place I will stay when passing through Macksville. Rooms are clean, breakfasts are spot on and the people like Mei Ling is an angel, absolutely wonderful. I will never go non-stop Sydney to Brisbane again.
