Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh

Excellent stay - stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Front of house and check-in were super smooth despite being 2am when I checked in and although I didn’t get to use the butler service it was interesting to have this. Rooms were well sized and luxurious with all 5* amenities that one would expect. Breakfast and dinner were decadent with an immense supply of food. Shout out to the Turkish lady at the restaurant front of house who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal! Highly recommend it, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the Middle East!

I had a wonderful experience. I really loved the warm hospitality from the receptionist and the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything was excellent, and Family truly enjoyed stay. I would especially like to thank the service team Butler Muhammed and Moneer from Concierge for their dedication and efforts in providing the best service to ensure my satisfaction. Their professionalism and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere. The room and facility orientation given was outstanding. Their quick responses and excellent communication truly made my stay even more memorable. Last but least , Waleed provided exceptional service by asking our stay and satisfaction and he inspired me to make me a loyal guest.

Hassan at breakfast and his team were amazing. I must say he is an excellent leader, and clearly has built a strong team underneath him (there were so many names I can’t even remember them now). But the breakfast selection was fantastic. The room was probably the best I have ever stayed at. Salma and her team at the concierge were fantastic too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
