I had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made my mornings extra special. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Catalina, whose warm and attentive care truly stood out. Her professionalism and kindness made me feel incredibly welcome and added a personal touch to my experience.

My wife and i recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel in Barcelona, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is truly first class, elegant, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. A special mention goes to David, the manager of the concierge team. He and his entire staff were truly exceptional,professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it was helping us with restaurant reservations, sightseeing tips, or transportation, they handled every request with warmth and efficiency. This level of service made our stay not only comfortable but memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona it’s a rare combination of luxury and genuine hospitality.

The service here was the best we’ve ever received. Everyone knew our names, went over and beyond our expectations, and was incredibly friendly and warm. The front desk staff, concierge, servers, and house keeping were all top notch. Everything was impeccable. This was our first stay at a MO and look forward to many more experiences at other Mandarin Oriental properties in the future! Would 100% recommend. Everything from our room, the rooftop, gym, spa, restaurants, etc. were all top tier.
