Our experience at Mandarin Oriental, Boston was exceptional from start to finish. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The level of hospitality was truly world-class—gracious, attentive, and personal. My husband and our three-year-old daughter joined me on the trip, and your team immediately made her feel special by gifting her the most precious lobster stuffed animal. It was such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The spa and fitness amenities were exquisite—the best way for my husband and me to start each day. Everything was beautifully maintained and felt serene and luxurious. We also enjoyed fresh and delicious in-room dining each morning, savoring breakfast in the comfort of your plush robes and slippers—an indulgent and peaceful start to the day. Our departure was equally warm and memorable. Hotel Manager Jason gave us a kind farewell and gifted us the most delicious cookies, the perfect sweet treat for our long journey home to the West Coast. Thank you for such a beautiful and heartfelt experience!

Best hotel we have stayed in Boston and it’s not even close. Rooms are spacious and beyond well maintained. Meticulously kept. Like the vents and paint, nothing is chipped or painted over, spotless. The little things, the service and attention to detail on all the levels was 10/10. It was also our first time traveling with a newborn, and they came through with all the little items we needed. Jason and his team including Tim, Ivan, all of the housekeeping, concierge and front desk crew were excellent. Thank you!!!
