Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium Amsterdam

We had an amazing experience at the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and truly five-star. The architecture of the hotel is absolutely stunning, and had so much charm. Our room was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and amazing views of the city!! Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at CH was truly excellent. The staff were responsive and so helpful (thank you). The architecture of the hotel is amazing, with old-world stonework coupled with a modern glass partial enclosure that defines a vast space protected from the elements; simply beautiful. We ate at Taiko and found the vegetarian tasting menu simply amazing. The hotel location is right in the museum district, across the street from the Van Gogh and adjacent premium shopping. I rode a hotel bicycle through the nearby Hotel City Garden and all through the city at large. Our stay there brought great memories.

The Conservatorium Hotel is an absolute must-stay when visiting Amsterdam. My partner and I stayed here in July for our first trip to the city, and it was truly stunning. From the moment you walk in, the hotel impresses with a beautiful glass ceiling that floods the space with natural light. The service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. We stayed in a top-floor room that featured three skylights, including one in the bathroom, which added such a magical touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning! The location is perfect! It’s just steps away from luxury boutiques and about a 15-minute walk to a vibrant neighborhood where we discovered the delicious Fabel Friet. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay in Amsterdam.
