Exceptional Stay with Warm and Friendly Service ❤️🙏 My experience at Mandarin Oriental Genève was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with the most heartwarming hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect—always attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. The elegant ambiance of the hotel, combined with its beautiful location by the river, made for a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. My room was immaculately maintained, offering both comfort and stunning views. The dining options were equally impressive, featuring exquisite cuisine with impeccable service. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. Their thoughtful gestures and attention to detail made me feel right at home. Medium to small size rooms but definitely without the quality that you expect from the mandarin chain. It is OK hotel with a nice view in the river which you can enjoy also from the breakfast area. The only thing that meets the mandarin standards is the price.

Checked in for a 3 night stay. Room was hot and very small. Called and asked if they had a larger room, didn't ask for this for free. No one called back so we decided to stick it out. Second night no turn down service and room was hot so called down for lighter blanket. They brought us a sheet. Called and spoke to manager named victor. He brought us keys to another room. We went to that room and it had clearly been smoked in. Went down to tell him And I was advised that it was a non smoking hotel. He brought us to another room which was hot and dirty. Additionally we found cigarettes on the floor. I brought him down the cigarettes and moved to our first room. Hotel is awful and not worth the $1500 usd per night. Dirty and poor service. Don't stay here.
