Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Service from the Start! From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel exceeded our expectations. We got there earlier than the standard check-in time, fully prepared to wait, but the front desk staff warmly welcomed us and assured us they’d prioritize our room. True to their word, our room was ready in just 45 minutes. While we waited, they invited us to enjoy a complimentary breakfast—an unexpected and very much appreciated gesture. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great coffee to start the day right. It was a thoughtful way to make us feel immediately at home especially after 15 hours of flight. The rest of our stay continued with the same level of attention and hospitality. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our experience enjoyable. We will absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a seamless stay from start to finish. Funny Notes: My laptop screen is dirty and the housekeeper put a micro fiber cleaning cloth next to my laptop. That is what I called service!!
