We recently went to the hotel restaurant to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. It was such an amazing experience, from the delicious food, the impeccable service and the beautiful ambiance. We were made to feel very special indeed, especially my dad. Big shout out to Rita, who was so attentive throughout the service. Also thank you to Holly and the talented kitchen team. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. What truly stood out to me was their remarkable attention to detail and how much they care about the entire guest experience. Every aspect of my stay felt carefully thought out, and it’s clear that the staff is dedicated to making each guest feel valued and comfortable. From the cleanliness of the room to the quality of the amenities, and the friendliness of the team — everything exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated how smooth and enjoyable the entire journey was, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!
My husband and I just returned from a long weekend stay at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair and can't rave enough about the entire experience. The staff was beyond accommodating and quickly got to know us. The front desk team went above and beyond in every way to make us feel special and anticipate our every need. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of everything, yet still feels private. We were able to take advantage of the beautiful and rejuvenating pool and spa area as well as the gym and found the facilities clean ultra luxurious, clean and well staffed. The roof top bar was beautiful with sweeping views of the city. And the rooms were beyond fantastic. The windows blocked out all street noises, including area construction and every detail was well thought out, planned and ultra modern including the ambient heated bathroom floors, electronic and remote controlled bathroom toilet and well stocked, complimentary mini bar. We are already talking about when we can come back and stay again.
