Mandarin Oriental Munich

We loved staying at the Mandarin! It was wonderful. Thank you for making our anniversary so special! The wonderful treats and champagne were such a lovely surprise. Everyone from the men greeting us at the door, reception and restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond. One night we were leaving for dinner and one of the gentleman ran out and gave us an umbrella just in case it rained. It meant a lot to us to have everyone there looking out for us. Also, with the construction it made things harder for the staff but they made things as pleasant as they could and we appreciated that. The Mandarin is out absolute favorite hotel and I hope we can come back.

My stay with MO Munich was more than I’d imagined. The beautiful upgraded room, welcome amenities, and comfortable of the bed even was a delight. The location is perfect. The service and food was fabulous.

We enjoyed our room and the balcony. The hotel was very nice. We did enjoy the vegan pancakes but would have loved to see more vegan options on the menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The staff and doormen were all very pleasant and the concierge was very helpful. We did enjoy the rooftop pool and the sushi lounge but would have liked to have more menu options in the afternoon- there was a period of no food available due to checks on rest - a hotel of this caliber should have shifts of chefs to let their clients have access to food at all times
