An extraordinary experience of luxury, discretion, sobriety, and exceptional comfort. The rooms are a benchmark for ergonomics and hospitality. The service is simply unsurpassed. All the staff are always smiling, impeccable, and professional. The breakfast is excellent and extensive. The bar and restaurants are state-of-the-art. We leave with sadness, eagerly awaiting the opportunity to return. A round of applause to the management for their superb conducting.

We stayed at the Mandarin hotel Muscat for 4 nights. We enjoyed our mountain view from our family suite, the staff were all very polite, kind, and sweet, always smiling. The room was clean and neat, I love how they put their culture into decorations of the hotel. Our room service staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks to all staff, concierge, reception, and all people that made our stay exceptional. Honestly wish that i could have stayed longer!

I would like to share that my recent experience at the hotel did not meet the expected standards for a property of this reputation. I noticed that the bathroom amenities, such as the lotion, were empty, and when I requested a refill, it was not provided. Additionally, the room was not properly tidied during my stay. On the positive side, I appreciate that the hotel granted me a late check-out, which I am thankful for. I hope these comments will be taken into consideration to improve the service quality in the future.
