Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern

We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Lucerne for 3 nights and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and made check-in easy. The room was elegant, had an amazing view, very comfortable with excellent bedding. The location is perfect—right by Lake Lucerne and only a short walk to the Old Town, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh, delicious options served in a lovely setting. I'd like to thank Jennifer, Maximo and all of the restaurant staff (including the morning managers) for their kind and very attentive service. We also had the best sea bream fish dish in awhile.. it was crispy on the outside and had the perfect taste and texture on the inside. Kudos to the chefs. Overall, the Mandarin Oriental Lucerne offers comfort, elegance, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucerne! We've never had a bad experience at Mandarin Oriental (Geneva, Paris, Guangzhou, Hong Kong), pls keep up the outstanding service and quality!

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staffs. Great location, walkable to city center and old town. The walk alongside the lake is magnificent. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view overlooking the lake was exceptional. Overall very satisfied with the hotel and highly recommend to others visiting Luzern.

Had a great experience here with my wife. Used this as jumping off point to multiple hikes across the area. Hotel was clean and service was professional. Breakfast buffet was solid though you need to be mindful of some tour groups that occasionally go through the area and could pack the line periodically. Walkway outside is great for a stroll if you want. Very quiet hotel for how busy it was. Would 100% return.
