We would like to thank Paul for making our dinner truly exceptional. His personal touch made all the difference — he listened to us attentively and offered recommendations for both dishes and wine with genuine care. It’s rare and special to feel so thoughtfully looked after. There was a kind of magic in the way he seemed invisible, yet appeared at just the right moments, anticipating our every need with quiet precision. The food was amazing, and the service elevated the entire experience to another level. Highly recommended.
This is our home away from home. My wife and I have been staying here at least once a year since 2015. The team always remembers our name and makes us feel right at home. Manny the bell man is always smiling and attentive, Danny in the restaurant always remembers what my wife and I eat for breakfast, the entire concierge staff completely go out of their way to make sure we get all the top reservations, the front desk team is always ready to make our time there the best possible and the room service team and beyond exceptional. They even fold our clothes and computer cables. Thank You to all over you for 10yrs of exceptional service. We would never stay anywhere else.
This hotel was one of the best parts of our stay in Paris. From the moment we arrived everyone at the hotel seemed to already know our names. The staff is incredible and go out of their way to be helpful. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job there, there was not a single person who didn’t greet us with a smile no matter the time of day. The food at the hotel restaurant and from room service is excellent. The breakfast had some of the best croissants we tasted, and the pastries from the on site pastry shop are amazing. The location is beautiful and convenient to many sites. The rooms are some of the largest we have seen in Europe and they are immaculate. The rooms have a modern decor with every amenity you would need. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at and I wouldn’t even think of staying anywhere else on our next trip to Paris.
