Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca

Overall our stay was great and we would likely come back again when we come to Majorca. Literally the only thing that could be better is that the rooms are not very new. But everything is neat and clean, the hotel stuff is superb, they are happy to help with little and big things from printing some papers to arranging car rental, and the best part is the location. I couldn't get enough of the views around hotel. So many places to chill, do yoga and meditate. Thank you!

Very very good location. Respect for the great work of gardener: the territory of hotel is well maintained. The small beach is beautiful. The water is very blue and clean but there are seaweed and other organic rubbish from sea. It will be nice to clean a bit this area. The rooms require a renovation. But they are clean and everything is functional. We had excellent sea view and we enjoyed the sound of sea every morning (room number 503). The biggest disappointment was a dinner at the hotel restaurant. It wasn’t tasty at all. Service is awful. And it is overpriced. In general, we liked our stay here. It is very beautiful area.

Wonderful, perfect location, large park area that will never feel crowded, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean conditions, nice upkeep. Surprisingly uneven stones in the paths great garden makes you wonder if older people are not in risk of falling there. Indoor pool not very welcoming. No gym! I was really surprised by this and don't remember a hotel without a fitness option in the last decade or so. Breakfast buffet of medium quality and choice. Overall, an unbeatable location and the good conditions and service make this a great choice if you are not overly annoyed by the fitness or breakfast situation.
