Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid

The Ritz always feels like a home away from home. The staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure all of our needs are met and exceeding our exceptions. I look forward to the breakfast, as it's one of the BEST in Madrid. The spa is small yet lovely. Elegance, charm and delight is the feeling I get during every stay- I never want to leave.

The service was just impeccable from A to Z. Drinks offered while we waited for our room, excellent help by the concierge staff with reservations and tickets, free limo service offered twice to us while it was difficult to get a taxi, very pleasant personnel at the spa and in the restaurant, room service coming exactly as programmed, very helpful and friendly staff at the garden restaurant…the facilities are excellent and the breakfast buffet also. All in all, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. What also struck me was how happy and proud the staff seemed to be to work for M.O. Well done!

We love modern and stylish Mandarin Oriental hotels and we respect and cherish the history and luxury of Ritz… In Madrid you can get all in one in this hotel (situated in the best location). The stuff is super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the atrium where you have lunch is chic and classy, the food is great. It was so nice to find sweet treats and cute surprises for the kids in our room. Thank you. The only thing that surprised me was the choice of the brand for amenities in the room. From the hotel of such level you expect something much more interesting and posh :) Plus it was quite busy and a bit messy at the breakfast. The rest is great
