Mandarin Oriental Santiago

We stayed one night and had a superb experience. Ignacio greeted us warmly and checked us in while providing great tips about what to do in the area. He relayed dietary restrictions to the restaurant and made sure everything was in order. The room was very clean, quiet, and with a great view of the mountains. There is nothing I can complain about, one of the best hotel experiences I have had in years. The entire staff was always willing to help and greet us warmly, regardless if it was housekeeping, front desk, or anywhere else!

Superb hotel. Everything is quality; great rooms, food, facilities & most importantly the service is exceptional. Team in the breakfast area remembered the coffee order every day after the first morning. Very nice outdoor dining area to enjoy all day with the nice pool & waterfall in the background. Front desk team are very well trained too; even arranged a taxi in the middle of the night to a 24hr pharmacy for headache medication!

Super comfortable rooms , easy access , location is very convenient, royal treatment , breakfast has endless options, gym has all necessary facilities even snacks and lemonade . Shopping mall Is just walking distance. Lots of restaurants are at walking distance . Look at the patio and waterfall and the beautiful resort . Great views .Highly recommended.
