Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich

I had a really lovely stay at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich. The service stood out the most—everyone was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely at home. It felt more like staying in a beautiful private residence than a hotel. The rooms were calm, elegant, and very comfortable, with a nice balance of luxury and simplicity. I also really enjoyed dining at the brasserie—the food was thoughtful, flavorful, and served in a relaxed but refined setting. On top of it all, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to everything but still peaceful. It all came together to create a stay that felt both easy and special.

The room was elegantly furnished, impeccably clean, and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. The location is also perfect—conveniently situated in the heart of Zurich, within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay: delicious, fresh, and served with a variety of high-quality options in a lovely dining setting. Overall, my stay at Hotel Savoy Zurich was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich and looking for high-end, luxurious ,comfort, elegance, and excellent service.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay! The hotel was beautiful! Each and every employee there was kind, courteous and super friendly. I loved how we were always greeted by our name. The free mini bar was a welcomed surprise and the bathroom was so spacious, cleam and luxurious with the bidet and amazing rainfall shower. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our 27th anniversary and we were surprised with a wonderfully decorated room and a delicious cake, card and champagne. Nicholas, Roberta, and Giada at the front desk were awesome! Peggy, Aline, Tomas, Francesco, Lenny and Jessica were amazing each morning at breakfast. They always greeted us by name and with a beautiful smile. Also, Peggy and Jessica always remembered our favorite selections. Lastly, Joseph, Nick and Raphael helped us with making train reservations, restaurant reservations and general recommendations on things to do! We loved everything about this hotel! Thank you so much!
