Mandarin Oriental Singapore

From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded expectations. The doormen greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism—beautiful first impression! Our room felt like a sanctuary. The bed was extremely comfortable and inviting, plush linens and perfect pillows. The entire space was quiet and peaceful—no noise from neighboring rooms at all. Absolutely ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The pool area is gorgeous, though it can get busy at peak times. That said, the attentive staff made sure everyone was well looked after—the service by poolside was impeccable. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. Shops, restaurants, and stunning landmarks are all close by—only about a 10-minute walk to Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands. Perfect for sightseeing or a sunset stroll. Whether you’re here for relaxation, luxury, or exploring the city, the Mandarin Oriental hits all the right notes. Polished service, serene rooms, and a prime address—truly a standout stay in Singapore.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly supportive and welcoming. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including some Halal selections, which I greatly appreciated. I do have two comments for improvement: the air conditioning in the room was quite warm (or perhaps the blanket was too heavy), and it would be helpful to have a bidet hose installed in the toilet for added convenience. Also thank you for Mr. Angelo in the Italian restaurant for his amazing service.

I found all the people who work in the hotel amazing. In fact one day in the lift another guest was saying how genuine & friendly everyone was which I of course agreed with. I have 2 areas of improvement, the pool area is starting to look a little tired. The towels need to be replaced. I wish there was an adult lap pool. I love my swim every morning but I find adults & children do not understand to stay out of the way of people doing laps. Looking out my window from room 1833 I could see an area that was unused space that could easily house a 25 metre adult only lap pool. The pool area for me is the best in Singapore but it really needs a bit more love & care. Again staff amazing & attentive.
