We had an outstanding stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo. The concierge team were repeatedly excellent and superb in the EUR attention to detail and communication whenever they helped us. The front desk staff (Marti) were top-drawer and extremely considerate. View’s from the rooms over the city were spectacular. Breakfasts were always highly satisfying also. Overall it was the perfect mix of luxury and flawless service.
We had a truly memorable experience during our stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful details that really stood out. The gym exceeded expectations and had all the equipment I needed for a complete workout. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Tokyo and will definitely return to the Mandarin Oriental.
We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. The front desk staff for their professionalism and efficiency in assisting me with my check-in. The concierge team on the first floor also deserves special mention; every time we returned by taxi, they greeted us with a warm smile and 'Welcome back.' The HSKP team knew I prefer memory form pillow and already prepared 1 for me in the room. All off their excellent service truly enhanced our stay. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful experience they provided.
