Beautiful location, the employees are very nice but service is a bit slow. Beach is stunning. We stayed 3 nights and water taxi was included to take us to port whenever we needed. Food and drinks are expensive though. They did take my son’s nut allergy very serious. And They allowed us to check out much later so we got to enjoy the beach our last day. Owner checked up on us every morning at breakfast. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Amazing hotel – everything is top quality and very well thought out. The service is outstanding, everyone is friendly and always helpful with a smile. The beach is just perfect, less than 20 seconds from the rooms, with a beautiful view right from the window. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we’ll definitely be back!🙏🏖️🤍
This may be worth it for the location. The bay is lovely, with calm waters and rows of chairs right in front of the beach. It’s an easy ten minute boat ride from the main harbor, and the hotel provides an hourly shuttle. The downsides were the room and the service at the restaurant. First, the room. I thought the design was nice, and appreciated the amazing view. However, the AC was off when we arrived and it took hours to even get under 25 Celsius. We could never get hot water or decent water pressure in the shower; cold water just sort of dribbled out of the faucet. There were also a ton of bugs in the room, which is unavoidable to some extent, though I feel like they could get creative with traps, screens, etc. Second, service at the restaurant was incredibly slow, even though it was never crowded. And we didn’t care for the food at all, truth be told.
