This van park is exceptionally clean, really good bathroom facilities, very good hot showers. Well maintained camp kitchen. The park has the nicest, well kept gardens and grounds. Playground was being enjoyed by kids. Staff are very helpful and there is a lot of thought has gone into little extra things in this van park that makes it a very good place to stay.

This is an excellent park. Staff were friendly and helpful. One off the services was a staff member came to help parking the van. The member then proceeded to provide us with areas, attractions to visit. The sites are Double Concrete slabs for the van and room for the awning. Grassed area for the vehicle. Very clean and good amenities. Each site has its own T/V aerial and cable. Each site has its own rubbish bin Amenities were very clean & modern Only a short drive to Mandurah. Definitely worth staying at this park again.

To provide balanced feedback, the accommodation was of high quality. Instead of a standard cabin, it was a small brick cottage that, while somewhat aged, was tidy, clean, and equipped with a comfortable bed, making it a suitable place to stay. The staff were friendly and professional, so from that point of view, a great place to stay. However, their entry requirements are oppressive. You are required to sign a park terms and conditions when you book the site. We advised we would be checking in late, and we had friends staying at the park who could pick up the key but were told that wasn’t possible because they required signed terms and conditions for the cabin and a copy of my driver’s licence emailed. After a five-hour flight from Sydney, I was faced with a barrage of messages requiring this additional information. They had my name, phone number, home address, email address, credit card details, and that still wasn’t enough. In these days of scams, data leaks and identity theft, I think it’s too dangerous to provide an overload of unnecessary information, and I wasn’t prepared to email a copy of my driver’s licence. As I informed the staff at checkout, I have stayed at hundreds of motels and caravan parks, normally all they ask for is a phone number and vehicle registration. The system at Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park is massively over the top and caused undue stress. I would never choose to stay at Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park again.
