This place was magical! The venue, the decor, the staff. Everything was perfect. This is by far the best place I’ve traveled to. We stayed for 3 nights and had massages, a daily chauffeur, a personal assistant. We had our private pool in our private villa. Thank you to the staff for making our stay this unforgettable.

Beautiful resort on sprawling grounds. Huge villas. Breakfast was fantastic. Eat at the sunset bar for breakfast. Watch out ordering lunch. It’s really expensive ($45) for one lunch set. Prices aren’t listed on the menu. Staff was very kind and attentive. Beds very comfortable. Spacious and beautiful. Missing some basic elements like my pool light was never on at night, staff not easily reachable, phones in room don’t work. (They give you their personal WhatsApp number, but not great on their day off) Gap in door allowed insects into room on bed, especially at night. Location is in the countryside, pretty far from town. Would be a great family holiday spot. Pool villas are really nice.

The hotel informed us at 6pm the night before they were closed & that we could stay instead at a sister hotel (which looks worse & to a lower standard). I'm trying not to be cynical & view this late notice as a way to get people to accept the worse hotel (at the same price) as finding options at such notice could be difficult... When I told them I didn't want the other hotel they told me to cancel the booking (it was non refundable through an OTA), I had to ask them to cancel & then chase them to action. I would avoid as they're still taking reservations for the period that they're closed.
