Nice hotel for your stay in Siem Reap. We only stayed here for 2 days, but didn't have any big remarks during those days. The hotel looks nice and fits in Cambodian culture, with a nice middle area where meals are served and you can swim in quite a large pool. Rooms are large and clean as well. Breakfast is prepared fresh on the spot. Few small points: staff could be slightly more involved, they look bored at times. As someone else mentioned, hot water only seems to last for some minutes. Finally, we had a morning sunrise trip to Angkor Wat, from which we returned at 1 PM. The positive here is that we had to leave way before breakfast was served, but they had some fruit and eggs to-go ready for us. The downside is that housekeeping didn't come by before we came back and also didn't bother to check in the afternoon if we still wanted our room cleaned... Some small points, but definitely a very good place to stay!
Great location yet peaceful in nature. The entry breaths silence as you leave the hustle of travel behind you. The gardens, breakfast area, pool & rooms are tranquil and good for relaxing. We arranged tours through the front desk and everything was perfect. Our tour guide, Mr Tom, was excellent in arranging the tours to accommodate our desires. His English was spoken slowly & clearly as he shared his knowledge with us. Taking his time and always inquiring if we had any questions. Our driver, Mr Len, was conscientious and a safe driver with a good sense of humor too! Highly recommend Mr Tom & Mr Len (also known as Tom & Jerry) for all your touring & outing needs in Siam Reap.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s down a street I didn’t feel comfortable walking down in the evenings. When I arrived I wasn’t given any information on the hotel, amenities, or breakfast- the person who checked me in didn’t even help me with my bags. I had to carry my heavy suitcase and backpacks up very steep stairs to my room and I wasn’t given a key at first. The rooms are filthy, the towels are stained, the floors are coated in dirt and dust, the mattress had hair all over it. When I showered the bathroom would then smell like sewage. The gym is also dirty and very worn down. I tried to spend as little time as possible at the hotel and in my room because it grossed me out so much. However, air con works well and my cappuccino at breakfast was delicious, so that’s something.
