Air conditioner not working in our room nor the refrigerator. Unable to lock the safe; no one came as promised, to fix it.

If u want to sleep well this is not the hotel for u. The structure of the wall are terrible. There is no privacy u can hear everything for your next doors even the door in front yours. People don’t behave good at all , music from the rooms shouting , speaking loudly and closing doors so bad . All of this happens all along the day. We slept with earplugs all 3 night because it was impossible without!!!!!! The room had a broker mirror glass and there was no window in the room we were literally melting during night as the airco is not working properly. Staff are nice and location is good enough , but if y can’t sleep good during the nights u literally put down your holidays!!!!!!!!! Won’t recommend!!!

WONT Recommend.....We got to the guys at hotel reception were not helpful, we were given keys to the room the hallways smelt horrible & then we were given smelt horrible& could not handle the stuffiness, they then changed the room and it was much better, the service wasn't good, the guy who assisted with the bags was soo helpful and he too was shocked at the smell, the toilet door didnt work, breakfast was ok,if you stay here check the rooms,hopefully they update the rooms maybe out some freshener in the rooms, no assistance with bags upon checking out... worst experience ever in a hotel
