We had a great stay here with a lovely view!! The staff is so kind and eager to help. We extended a night and they advised we book our same room type online for a cheaper price and then update them with the reservation so we could keep our same room. Breakfast is included and has a great selection of Vietnamese and classic choices including phở and omelettes made to order. Location is great and we had no problem getting taxis very quickly. There's a small grocery/market store right next door which had everything we needed. The staff was quick to help with our luggage and anything we needed, including holding our luggage the whole day after we checked out. So friendly and professional, we felt welcomed the whole time. We didn't utilize the spa services or the rooftop pool.
Nice place, however we will not be staying here again. The rooms and breakfast are terrific. However, there is no enforcement of any noise control within the corridors. We have people on both sides of our rooms screaming their lungs out in the corridors until late for two nights in a row. Complained twice and the staff didn't do anything about it. Eventually after the second night we had to step out of our rooms and tell the neighboring guests to keep their voices down and talk in their own rooms with their doors closed. Noise in corridors should be kept restricted between 10pm-7pm. We have 3 more nights left here and are dreading only sleeping 3 hours a night due to the noise! *UPDATE* So after two nights and a Google review, the Office Manager changed our rooms with a seaside view. This section was much more quieter and guests weren't screaming around in the corridors. We really appreciate our concerns being addressed and actioned to make our stay more enjoyable. Every staff member treated us with respect and were super friendly throughout. We understand the noise is not the hotels fault, but we do suggest some signage in the corridors to restrict noise to whispering only between the hours of 10pm-7am. Also the issue of noise was not kids at all - but their parents being so rude talking loudly in the corridors! I am pretty sure all future guests will appreciate this too. We will definitely consider coming back here again. Thank you! 🙏
Liked · Location was top notch, right opposite the beautiful beach. Sea view room was worth the price for the view. Disliked · They treated us quite badly when we checked out and charged VND 100,000 for a 'dirty' hand towel (literally a small towel). There was a small hand towel, which was slightly dirty because we spent time at My Khe beach (which obviously, tourists will do) Apparently, some of the fine sand was on the towel. So they charged us extra when we checked out. We disputed this and checked the towel. Even a new towel would cost less than this penalty. I have stayed in many hotels and nowhere have they asked us to wait and check all the items in the room. Frankly, it felt insulting and disrespectful (and maybe racist). Also breakfast was not great for vegetarians as there was not much options. Better to not pay extra for breakfast. They claim to be a 4 star hotel but gave only 1 300ml water bottle per person per day. Usually stay includes basic water especially in star hotels. Would not recommend this hotel!
