We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, always asked if we needed any help, recommendations for travelling in Sicily. 10/10 experience
Beautiful resort located in the countryside next to Marinella city centre (close to Selinunte Archaeological Park). The resort style is a typical sicilian style with colourful tiles, wooden chairs, and decorations. Water is served constantly, sometimes flavoured with orange, lemons, and limes. My family and I book 3 days and two nights in two different standard rooms. The rooms were spacious and furnished in every little aspect (locker, fridge, shampoos, towels that were changed every day, etc.). The staff was helpful and gentle. However, the food at the restaurant wasn't as expected. There were several appetisers, not very rich in the flavour, and 3/4 main/side courses. As a sicilian, I would expect many typical dishes of my land. I felt disappointed. In general, the food quality was appreciated, but the taste wasn't really there. During the day, there were many events located in the main pool (acqua gym, games, singing and dancing), while at nighttime at the amphitheatre, there were nice spectacles. In general, I would say I had a beautiful experience, probably not the best choice for young people, especially for the activities and environment. Enjoy it!!
Its illegal in Italy not to have FREE running water in the room. Oven patatoes cold. Dinner is SELF SERVICE dont hope for a romantic dinner. Was given wrong info on restaurants opening times.
