We had a wonderful family trip at this hotel! The place offers full privacy, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious—special thanks to the chef for preparing such tasty meals. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and private getaway!

This is a fantastic destination for a trip with friends or family. The property is spacious and offers plenty of rooms — perfect for large groups. I visited with 16 friends, and we had an amazing time. There are two beautiful pools, both well-maintained and enjoyable. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly dedicated and go out of their way to help — it’s truly next level. The chef deserves a special mention as well; every meal was delicious. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this villa with our family. Overall, it was a lovely experience. The property is beautiful and perfectly suited for a family getaway — spacious, peaceful, and well laid out. That said, it could use some maintenance and upkeep in rooms and some common areas. Also, there will be access issues for anyone in a wheelchair (which ideally should have been highlighted as it was informed earlier). The staff were excellent, warm, and attentive (particularly Vishmitha) and the food was outstanding thanks to chef Prasad. Unfortunately, a late-checkout incident took away from an otherwise wonderful stay. After agreeing with the staff to leave about 45 minutes or so later than planned — with no objection at the time — I was later called by the administration and told I needed to pay a Rs. 6,600 per hour late checkout charge “as per contract.”. Even though they admitted it was their oversight, we still paid the full amount. Though in the larger scheme of costs this was a small amount, it was unfortunate that we felt like we were cheated and even the phone call regarding this was handled in an unpleasant manner, leaving us with a sour last impression. Unfortunately, this is where some places fall short — letting money-minded policies override courtesy and goodwill. A little more grace and consideration would have left us with nothing but fond memories.
