Our stay here for our daughter’s birthday was nothing short of perfect. Our daughter had balloons coconut water on ice and cake on arrival. All the staff were lovely and the customer service was above reproach. The room and facilities were top notch and was extremely family friendly. Our kids loved the heated pool and even though it was only 15 outside the pool was warm enough to still enjoy and play. The views are incredible of the beach from the hotel and is a short walk to everything. Though if you don’t want to leave the restaurants and bar are excellent. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

We recently stayed a weekend for my brothers birthday and had an amazing visit. All aspects of our stay were 5 stars! I rarely leave reviews, but the level of service, warmth and genuine care provided by all the staff was well above anything we have experienced before. During our dinner at the bistro, the chef on duty, a Mr Zach Fraser was generous in making us a birthday cake with a candle. The cake was one of his own cheese cake creations and it was incredibly tasty. Not to mention the dinner being excellent as well. The bistro manager was also incredibly gracious in how he looked after us during our visit. Nothing was a problem and we were made to feel very welcome. All in all we loved our stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the bar has an excellent mix of cocktails and quality liquors, but most importantly, the team are all incredibly friendly. The hotel really has a focus on service in a way that is rare these days. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here for three nights this week that has just passed for a work conference and it was the most fantastic experience. I had to call prior to checking in because my car was above the height the restrictions for the parking lot. Belle was absolutely amazing on the front counter and assured me she would take care of everything upon my arrival. When I did arrive Belle did exactly that and my car was valet parked and my luggage was taken up to my room all without any hassle and perfect service! All my questions were answered and the friendly staff were amazing at every stage. The housekeeping was superb every day, and the food served at the conference was well above the quality I've had anywhere else. The views from the lobby and in the breakfast area were phenomenal and the location is right on the beach. Upon checkout I had more 6 star service with the lovely Michelle collecting all my luggage and packing my car for me while I finished the conference. When I needed to leave the lovely front desk staff promptly collected my car and brought it around to the front so I could get home without hassle. Absolutely phenomenal service, will recommend this hotel and their staff to everyone. Well done team, you made this experience the best I've had and I appreciate all your efforts. Look forward to seeing you all next time!
