MANN Kensington

I celebrated my birthday dinner at Double Tree by Hilton Kensington ,and it turned out to be one of the most special evenings I’ve had. We had booked one of the domes, and it was such a magical setting—cozy, beautifully lit, and perfect for an intimate family gathering. What really made the night unforgettable was the warm service and incredible food. Chris took care of us with such genuine hospitality—he was attentive, kind, and made sure we felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. A big thank-you goes to Chef Roy, whose dishes were absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and you could tell a lot of heart went into the cooking. My family and I left with full hearts and happy memories. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my birthday. Thank you to the entire team for making it so special!

We had a great stay here. It was a perfect location to catch the tube or a bus, which we did daily for the week we were there. They have a fantastic breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed daily as well as the hot cookies every night (we picked up a jug of milk from the grocery store across the street so the kids could have milk with their cookie every night). We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs 2 or 3 times, which was average - the burger & fries was delicious and the kids ate free with purchase of an adult main. My kids liked the mac and cheese & chicken nuggets - my youngest said the nuggets were the best he's ever had 😂 rooms were comfortable and clean. We'd definitely stay here again.

The Google ratings and reviews on this hotel are deceiving. I could not have asked for a more positive and comfortable experience during my two-night stay. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and clearly well-kept. I was fortunate to get a back facing, quiet room and get a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. As always, the warm cookies Doubletree is known to offer upon check-in did not disappoint. I also requested one as a late night snack after arriving from an evening performance and they kindly gave me one. If you don't have dinner here, at the very least a drink at the Secret Garden is a must for a serene and calm moment. Five stars all around.
