Manoir du Lac William

We went there for 3 nights with the all inclusive evasion package and the lake suite. The room was great, modern, clean large.... we loved everything about it. We did not hear sounds from the neighbor rooms. Breakfasts were very good and the dinners were fantastic! We were off season, so the access to the hot tubs and pool was great (far from crowded). Staff is great too.

Breakfast and supper will not disappoint. Spa and pool are nice. They have bikes and kayaks for guests. Entertainment room with billiards. Preparing the outdoor pool across the road while we were there on May 1. There are 4 free e-charging stations for guests too.

The week before our weekend stay I received a call from the hotel telling me I had not reserved a time slot for our included 5 course meal diner. There were no mentions in any communications that we had to reserve since there were only limited availabilities left we took one of the very last (19h45). At check in the clerk asked us if we had reserved our Sunday brunch time slot. Once again no mentions that we had to reserve a spot ever over the phone the week before. They said they were booked full for the brunch, which we weren't happy about. The senior staff member told a coworker right in front of us "see, this is what it's like working at the front desk" I thoug this was very rude as we stayed polite. They offered us an 8h00am brunch and after some negotiations we were able to get a 9h30 which was more than acceptable. The diner was less than average, I've had better for alot less. The brunch however is worth it. The rooms are average at best. The spa tea is nice. Overall, in my taste, definitely not worth the money. I would definitely not go back.
