Manoir Hovey is a one-of-a-kind property - exemplary customer service; stunning location and grounds; beautiful rooms; exceptional cuisine; outstanding spa services and located in the magical Eastern Townships. We have visited in both the summer and the winter and have stayed in different accommodations - highly recommend any season and any accommodation. Manoir Hovey is peaceful, gentile and understated elegance. This is our favourite place. We recently visited in June 2025 for five days and plan to return in February. We highly recommend this property. There truly is no place like it - anywhere.

We stayed one night at Manoir Hovey and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the valet service made check-in seamless and welcoming. The atmosphere throughout the property is peaceful and serene — especially the spa, which was a highlight of our stay. Our massages were incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding — the food was refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The room was spotless and comfortable, and every interaction with staff was marked by professionalism and genuine care. Service was impeccable across the board. We have absolutely no complaints — just gratitude for a perfect, restorative stay. We’ll definitely be back.
