Manolita is the perfect boutique hotel to discover Paris and Montmartre. Very well isolated rooms so the busy street is no problem :) we loved the views from the six floor. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And: most important, super comfortable beds.

I would love to give a 5 Star review, but sadly our last few Days in Paris in the aspect of our Stay was littlebit overshadowed. The Positive things first. The rooms and the Hotel by itself is a really beautiful small boutique Hotel with 10 Hotel really cute and well equipped Hotel rooms. The Bar is small but alright stuffed for the size. The Hotel does not have a own Restaurant. Breakfast in your room is alright, but not a 5 Star Hotel breakfast. The Night Auditor and the other Lady were really lovely, helpful and just really nice like you would expect. But now the thing who sadly frustrated us more then anything else was Diana. From one of the worst Check-in in our entire life to the whole arrogant attitude, like she is something better. We've been to all kind of luxury hotels all around the world from small Boutique hotels to big 5 Star resorts. But rarely someone treated us so unfriendly and arrogant. If you look at us and ask what we were doing here like we don't belong there, thats just unacceptable. After saying we have a reservation not even a Hello!? Nothing. But she let us feel that we are not welcomed there from the first second. Nearly refusing to help with the laguage, not telling us anything at the check-in from Breakfast to even a small thing like W-Lan. No "at 12:00 is your checkout time, not even a "if you have any question just ask" NOTHING. Took passports, took the Deposit without explaining anything, not that its a problem we would pay any Amount as deposit but atleast explain it for what we are paying. This is our common experience if we travel, not just "now i need x Amount for deposit. Thats it. And after receiving it just" ok let's go to the room" We we're so baffled and kept expecting more but just nothing at the check in. I asked then for breakfast the next day since we PAID already for it. But she said nothing until asked about it of course. Never saw that in my whole Life. Twice not even saying hello after greeting her. Not helpful, arrogant, unfriendly. We would love to extend our Holidays in that Hotel for 3 Days but we decided to travel to Italy after that horrendous experience with her. But again thanks for the other 2 who were nothing but great.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is,hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any accommodation. they just make things harder. Ask for anything remotely reasonable and you’re either ignored or lied to like you’re inconveniencing them for expecting the bare minimum. The service? Absolutely nonexistent. I don’t even know why they bother having a front desk.they don’t follow up on anything and they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. It’s like they went out of their way to be uncooperative. The only thing this hotel is good at is being a perfect example of what NOT to do in hospitality. Save yourself the headache, stress, and money. book literally anywhere else.
