Manor Hotel Solihull BW Signature Collection

We stayed for one night to attend a show at the NEC I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Check in was quick and efficient Reception area is lovely our room was in need of an update but clean and did it's job. Nice touch of a fan in the room as it was quite hot. Nice terrace for drinks and olives in the sunshine once we had put our bags in our room I would return if in the area in future.

Stayed overnightvon a business trip. Am disabled so had booked a disabled room. The room was adequate but quite stuffy also at the end of the corridor i was on there was a lot of noise from banging doors. I had a light lunch from the bar menu which was Good and I enjoyed but a special mention goes to the Young Lady running the bar area who looked after me fabulously! Would stay here again

Not a good start, booked a family room, only got a double, so I had to get that changed, after a long walk up stairs / no lift. I was advised to used the rear car park that was on the same level as the room, so no stairs, as I drove round gates opened automatically, when I came to leave no gates opening, but a key pad, I used the reception button to get a code and was told "you get the code from reception" he opened the gates and promptly hung up, I then had to go back to reception for the code, why not just give it me on booking in! This hotel is not dog friendly at all, they just make £30 a night from them! I understand some people do not like dogs in restaurants, so we asked if we could eat in the bar area with our dog, but no, if you want to eat / use the bar, leave your dog in your room. We took a 5min stroll down the road to the Bulls Head for food and a drink in the bar with our dog 10 out of 10 for the Bulls Head.
